A lot of women will get slammed by their authorities, bosses or just random people because of what they’re wearing. For some reason, people feel uncomfortable with the way women want to dress themselves, and they decide that they need to tell women what to wear. This can even happen between two women, and it causes a destructive environment.

For this woman, the issue in question was that she was wearing a headscarf to work. Nothing too revealing, and nothing that was inappropriate or vulgar. It was simply a headscarf, her hair pulled back into a ponytail.

When her boss told her she looked unprofessional, the woman took all avenues she could to fight for her right to wear a headscarf. In the end, she proved just how ridiculous her workplace dresscode guidelines were.
